Project management summary: In recent years, customer requirements for the properties of optical systems used in the optical industry, microelectronics and instrumentation have been increasing. Therefore, Meopta - optika s.r.o. has to adapt to this trend and develop and implement better layered systems in order to be competitive. This requires research and development based on modern methods of thin film optics and the improvement of technological procedures for the creation of optical layered systems. Effective cooperation between the research community and the optical industry is therefore necessary. This effective cooperation will be implemented by Meopta - optika s.r.o. (MO), the Institute of Physical Engineering of Brno University of Technology (ÚFI VUT), the Institute of Physical Electronics of Masaryk University (ÚFE MU) and the Czech Metrology Institute (CMI). The project and its defined sub-results aim to promote the results of joint research and development into the production of optical components for the semiconductor industry.
